Once items have been dispatched it will take a further 1-3 working days for delivery.
We send all UK based orders via 1st class recorded delivery. (A signature is required to receive your package.) For international orders it may take a further 3-10 working days after dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur at customs.
How can I Pay?
Pay Online - We except payments through our website which are processed by PayPal.
You do not need a Paypal account to complete your order. Simply select 'pay by credit / debit card' when on Paypals payment page.
Paying with PayPal, allows you to use all of the major credit and debit cards. Visa, Maestro, Master card etc
For customers who already have a PayPal account, this makes the shopping process quick and easy; you dont have to enter any card details at all during the process. We also process payments via online invoices/ Money requests. This service is also processed by PayPal. Pay Offline - Payments are excepted offline via the following methods :

Our return policy is pretty strict because we adhere to the highest quality standards. All items must have tags and liners in place and be in perfect condition Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted (No exchange or refund will be issued). Perfect/new condition includes protective shields on swimsuit bottoms, re-sealable and accompanying bags, and items properly folded with all tags in place. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. - In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item. - All items in the Sale are infact a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Right to cancel -
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
If you decide to cancel your order with Sandstorm Boutique, you must let us know in writing [email is fine], quoting the order number. "Special Order" Items A special order item is generally an item that is not available for purchase on our site but that is ordered from the manufacturer exclusively for a client. These items are not purchasable on our site and usually require a unique request to be placed so we can "special order" the item for you. For this reason, these items are sold as final sale. No store credits or refunds will be granted for these items. |

Care Instructions
-Most of the designer swimwear we represent is constructed of the finest imported fabrics, trim and custom hardware.
-All of the suits we represent can be worn in a pool or ocean water.
-Always rinse your suit immediately in clean cold water after wearing it in salt water to avoid damage to hardware finishes.
-All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as fine lingerie.
-Hand wash only in cold water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent.
-Do not use bleach, laundry detergent or any type of stain remover. Lie flat or hang to dry.
-Separate top and bottom so colors do not bleed.
-Do not use a dryer or blow dryer as they may cause damage to the fabric, hardware and inner plastic components.
