Each item states an estimated dispatch time - Subject to available stock.*
Once items have been dispatched it will take a further 1-3 working days for delivery.
We send all UK based orders via 1st class recorded delivery.
(A signature is required to receive your package.)
For international orders it may take a further 3-10 working days after dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays that may occur at customs.

Although we dont refund unwanted items - We will exchange the size or style if it is within 10 days of your delivery date.(*All sales are final. No refunds.)
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
All items in the Sale are infact a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason
An authorization number is required on all exchanges.
Please email us within 10 days of your delivery date at enquiries@standstormboutique.co.uk with your full name, address and order number and advise what item you wish to exchange. Also please advise the product number, colour and size you wish to exchange the item for. If the item you wish to exchange is of a higher value, we will request a payment for the difference before sending your exchange. If the item is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.
All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted (No exchange or refund will be issued). Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Sandstorm Boutique.
Sandstorm Boutique holds a no warranity policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Some of our swimwear lines we carry generally fit slightly skimpier and sexier than traditional department store lines.

Care Instructions:
-Most of the designer swimwear we represent is constructed of the finest imported fabrics, trim and custom hardware.
-Many of the suits are delicate and are not intended for heavily chlorinated water or prolonged periods of sun exposure.
-All of the suits we represent can be worn in pool or ocean water.
-Always rinse your suit immediately in clean cold water after wearing it in salt water to avoid damage to hardware finishes.
-All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as fine lingerie.
-Hand wash only in cold water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent.
-Do not use bleach, laundry detergent or any type of stain remover. Lie flat or hang to dry.
-Separate top and bottom so colors do not bleed.
-Do not use a dryer or blow dryer as they may cause damage to the fabric, hardware and inner plastic components.

- Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality.
Some of our Handmade Swimwear Designers promote each piece as being unique, so some pieces may be slightly different to the product images (E.g different colour thread/ Beads used).
