Terms and Conditions
Sizing :
- Please pay close attention to the specific designers size guide, These have been created to help you choose your size correctly. Some of our swimwear lines we carry generally fit slightly skimpier and sexier than traditional department store lines.
If you would like extra help regarding size and styles, please email or ring us.
- Sandstorm Boutique has a showroom based in Cambridgeshire, here you can try on many different styles and sizes before you buy. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Returns Policy :
*All sales are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style if it is within 10 days of your delivery date.
An authorization number is required on all exchanges.
Please email us within 10 days of your delivery date at enquiries@standstormboutique.co.uk with your full name, address and order number and advise what item you wish to exchange. Also please advise the product number, colour and size you wish to exchange the item for. If the item you wish to exchange is of a higher value, we will request a payment for the difference before sending your exchange. If the item is of a lower value, we will offer you store credit for the difference.
- All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted (No exchange or refund will be issued). Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Sandstorm Boutique.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs or tracking your return, therefore, please make sure you track and insure your item. We cannot be responsible for any lost packages.
- Sandstorm Boutique holds a no warranity policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
- In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
Any claims for damaged goods must be emailed to us within 3days of receipt of goods. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging within 7 days of the claim being made.
- Even though we take every precaution possible to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages stolen or missing from your location once it has been delivered. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur at customs.
- All sale items are infact a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason
*This does not affect your consumer rights.
International Orders :
- Sandstorm Boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges prior to purchase. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders no refund will be provided
Other Information :
- Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality.
Some of our Handmade Swimwear Designers promote each piece as being unique, so some pieces may be slightly different to the product images (E.g different colour thread/ Beads used). The differences make each piece of swimwear a one of a kind piece. If you would like to know more about a handmade piece of swimwear before you purchase it, please feel free to contact us.
Care Instructions:
-Most of the designer swimwear we represent is constructed of the finest imported fabrics, trim and custom hardware.
-Many of the suits are delicate and are not intended for heavily chlorinated water or prolonged periods of sun exposure.
-All of the suits we represent can be worn in pool or ocean water.
-Always rinse your suit immediately in clean cold water after wearing it in salt water to avoid damage to hardware finishes.
-All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as fine lingerie.
-Hand wash only in cold water using very mild soap, shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent.
-Do not use bleach, laundry detergent or any type of stain remover. Lie flat or hang to dry.
-Separate top and bottom so colors do not bleed.
-Do not use a dryer or blow dryer as they may cause damage to the fabric, hardware and inner plastic components.
